Lorne Ranstrom

Lorne Ranstrom has been at ENC since 1991 and served as Chair of the Division of Teacher Education since 1998. In addition to being the Chair, he also serves as the Field Placement Director and the Licensure Officer. His previous position included working as a 7th grade Social Studies teacher and a high school and middle school assistant principal. His interests include the moral dimensions of teachers and teaching and the purpose of schools in a democratic society. He has served as MACTE Treasurer for 4 years.
