Prompt #3: Moving Towards Strategy Mapping and Power Analysis

hi everyone,

sorry for the slight delay in putting up this post and the promised materials from our conference call this past Tuesday.  Busy these days… Connie and Sue– it was great to catch up with both of you!  Find the posting titled “Conference Call Notes–May 12, 2009″ for a brief report out of notes from that conversation for all posterity (dramatic, no?) and Amy and Diana, for you both to get up to speed where we are.

1)  Strategy Map and Power Analysis Tools.  Click on the links below to download an electronic copy of the Strategy Mapping and the Power Analysis tools– take a look at them, and start to fill them out to match your particular focus area of community partnerships!

2)  Continuing Collaboration and Next Conference Call.  During the conference call, we decided that keeping up with both the online collaboration and planning periodic phone calls would be useful for moving us forward.  We decided that any time any of us posts something on the website, we would email the group just to inform everyone.  Let’s also decide on a date for our next conference call– say within a week and a half or two?  I will email you all about this, but how do any of these dates work for you?  Tuesday May 26th, Wednesday May 27th, Saturday May 30th or Sunday May 31st?

Looking forward to our next steps, and talk to you all soon!

James

Hi James – I was interested in the ARRA resources but was unable to open the zip of the power point. Any suggestions?

      hi Connie,

I feel awful about missing this question of yours.. for some reason, I didn’t get notification that you had posted a comment. Apologies–

I took a look at the links and they should open now. If not, just let me know and I can email you them directly!
