Ok, so it’s no longer officially Emack and Bolio’s, but all else is pretty much the same.. here with its round, green-topped tables, the bit-too-still air (but with cool weather outside creating a nice breeze through an open front-door), and many of the same good folks behind the counter. Trying to be good getting some work done before the weekend starts in earnest, and watching one employee here train another– pointing out where teas and such things are, and gently but firmly admonishing her to do the steamed milk in a certain way “or else it’ll go everywhere.”
Good people and good place– reminders of banging out my National Board certification two years back in this place…
