I Can’t Stop Watching My Crops!

I really like this article that I came across earlier today. I’m pretty new to Facebook and I don’t spend much time doing all those quizzes, the sending of little-icon things or games. Nothing against them or anything–I guess I just haven’t gotten to that, yet. Figuring how to even link this blog to my Facebook account was pretty advanced territory for me.

My Facebook life could very well be changing, though. I learned today that there’s this game called FarmVille–one that has elicited some quotes (according to the Times article) such as: “I can’t stop watching my crops!” and one from a pregnant blogger who wrote of the following situation: “I was starving … and he told me I’d have to wait a few more minutes so he could HARVEST HIS RASPBERRIES! I waited … in the car and waited for his stupid raspberries to be harvested.”

Now that’s good stuff. I may be sending a few people a cow or some crops one of these days–stay tuned.

Not convinced yet?  Check out this charming, rhapsodic description:

…and these guys playing the Farmville theme (go Asian guy guitar players!)
