Primary Source Trip to the Dominican Republic

Interested in doing a study tour to the Dominican Republic? Here’s one led by Primary Source, based in Watertown, MA (the old digs!)

In just a few months, Primary Source will be leading our first study tour to Latin America – and we’re inviting you to join us! From April 17-24, 2010, a select group of teachers will travel to the Dominican Republic for a week of history, culture, and service-learning.

As a participant on this study tour, you’ll experience the wide spectrum of development in the Dominican Republic—from the bustling capital, to the neighboring villages, to the coastal boomtowns. With your fellow educators, you’ll explore the country’s historical sites, visit schools, get to know a family during a home-stay, work with Dominican educators, and participate in a wide range of service-learning projects.
